What are some of the things you would change about his build to make it better? Invalesco seems to have a pretty good grasp on what he is doing, so I would like to hear what you have to say.

Its the small things, check out what I changed compared to his build.
I would actually go for iron reflexes, because evasion + es sucks.

Iron Reflexes is not easily obtainable for this build and doesn't have good synergy with ES. The reason that ES has good synergy with evasion is because it allows your timer for ES regen to continue to tick when you evade a hit. Having a good evasion + shield block or dual wield block can give your ES a good chance to come back in the middle of a fight when you have maxed out increased ES recovery delay.
