0.9.13 - In Depth Flicker Strike Dagger Guide

Been using your build, enjoying the crap out of it.
Any thoughts on using haste?

Slightly off topic, but at around what level do you get Flicker Strike from a quest as a Shadow, if at all?

I started a character following this build with nothing and believe I aquired flicker strike as a quest reward in act2 (normal), perhaps ~lvl20?

Would have liked it sooner but it worked out. =)

Currently at lvl 31 and I must say this build is a Beast.

Only "issue" right now is trying to afford all the auras and still have room for spells -.-, my max mana/mana steal is a bit too low to allow free usage of everything.

I'm gathering that if I want to use this in Hardcore I'm probably going to want to have a few of those gems ready to go.

Been following this build and I have to admit that it is awesome, (perhaps too awesome?) Oneshotting everything with huge elemental damage get's a bit boring. It feels like there's no challenge now, if that's possible. Only problem I've faced so far are those flicker striking monsters but whirling blades have saved me every time.. until huge lagspike and disconnection.

I purchased my Discipline for some ungodly price when I was level 29, but it was worth it. They're quite difficult to find.

Now, I haven't bought any item or gem from anyone in days, and my 1.2k ES and 800 DPS around level 38 is plenty for me to two-shot everybody in my full MF gear (158% MF).

by level 20 i had 1.5k dps with this build. Perhaps you guys are not focusing on Elemental damage items as you should? (rings, necklace, gloves, weapons)

Anyways.... I'm lvl 53 now with 4k ES and almost 6k DPS (3.5 attacks per second). Merciless feels like normal with this build.

This is my euipment and i'm on Ruthless.
With 3 Frenzy Charges from Blood Rage and Wrath i'm dealing 2,5k. How have you got 6k DPS ? And 4k ES (I've just bought Disscipline, so i have to small level of this gem) ?


PS. My spirit shield it's not so good.

5 link is nice but you don't have the right color sockets.

Find a 4 link that has 1 red and 3 green. Use Flicker, Mana Leech, Faster Attacks, and Increased Elemental Damage (This one is a must). You will see greatly improved DPS.

Right now following this build my ES is over 4k, 4.7 attacks per second and 9009 DPS with 4 frenzy charges. I will link my gear if someone explains how to do so.

Im level 64 or 65, can't remember =/
