did Cyclone got nerf ? i follow this to lvl 88. Cyclone aoe is much smaller and is not so much slower. It just doesnt feel great. Also running into mana issue from time to time.

Can someone explain how to get split personality to calculate properly in POB?

Cyclone had some AOE scaling changed after legion so you can read the wiki on how it was affected.

The guide clearly outlines how to take care of mana problems. You don't have a Praxis or Elreon -mana cost ring. Other options are doing a -mana cost to channeling skills craft on each ring with Lucidity annointed on amulet or to use an enduring mana flask.

If you have sockets open and can place the Split Personality in, it will change the mods to their actual value based on their distance. You can see these numbers when you hover over the jewel on your tree. Otherwise the formula for the stat is:
N = Nodes from class start to jewel socket (not including socket)
S = Stat on Split Personality

Final Stat = S * ((N/4) + 5)
Whatever N/4 + 5 is, drop any trailing decimal.

Once you get your number for the stats you can just replace those lines on the split personality jewel in POB.

Very good damage.
