I followed yor POB for "normal gear" and it includes the forceful skewering node. I must get rid of it ? But i can use all. I crafted total -21 on my rings and amulet. 1% is not a problem. Violent retaliation will take care of that.
Ruthless is cheaper than Impale so with all that reduced mana cost you can use BS. You should read the nodes you take. Of course you shouldn't take impale nodes without using impale. What would be the point of that? The tree is for lvl98 so choose something else to take that will help you. I guess in your case get damage nodes. Versatility (aspd,global acc, crit chance, dex, int) Eagle eye (acc, global acc, crit chance) Bladedancer (inc. damage with hits and ailments, aspd, owewhelm, +1 range) Aspect of the Lynx (inc. attack damage, movement speed, crit chance, dex, int) Jewel socket. Maybe smth else, i can miss smth. According to POB Bladedancer gives more "total DPS" then others. BUT im not really into POB, and easily can miss smth or play fool. What do you think ? Lynx and Bladedancer are good choices. Jewel sockets too if you have the money to buy good jewels.
You really should learn how to use PoB. It's essential in this game. When I started we used to make excel sheets and do manual calculations of 5% of the stuff that PoB offers. That was a lot of work. Now with PoB everything is easy, you just need to put some time into it. It IS worth it. I`m thinking about reenchant it. What should i do ? Throw 1ex into 16-20 aspd, or maybe aspd+quality, or crit, or crit+quality. What should be better? This is exactly why you need to learn how to use PoB. I don't know which craft (not enchant) will give you the most DPS. What you need to do is import your char into PoB and try all those crafts and see which one works the best for you. It depends on the rest of your gear.
Generally, don't ever spend 1ex to craft a 400 pdps sword. It's not worth it. The difference with the lower tier craft which costs a few c is not that much and you can find much better ways of spending that ex. Expensive crafts like that are for when you've min-maxed everything else and you have money to burn on getting 1% more damage.
