The PoB links are fine. Not sure why you're having problems. Are you using localidentity's fork?

Hello Everyone!
I just saw this build yesterday and felt in love with it I was playing slayer for some time now even using bladestorm... but couldnt get tanky xD I've just respec one of my chars to this build and over all tankness is awesome but the damage output is sooo low... could you guys please give me some insights on the build? Guys I gave you the link. If you want to open the PoB use it. The normal version is useless.
