[3.15] 1h Impale Cyclone Slayer. Cheap league starter and strong endgame farmer. No required items.

Hi!
For experienced players its great that you leave some gem choices open, but for a noob like me I am unsure about what I should have. I am looking at your PoB setup (cant find molten shell anywhere tho) and could you confirm that these are the gems and levels I should have:

Weapon 1:
Immortal call (lvl 3)
Cast when damage taken (lvl 1)
Increased duration (lvl 20)

Weapon 2:
Blood and sand (lvl 6)
Blood rage (lvl 20)
Precision (lvl 1)

Chest:
Cyclone (lvl 21)
Brutality (lvl 21)
Impale (lvl 20)
Rage (lvl 21)
Fortify (lvl 20)
Melee physical damage (lvl 20)

Helmet:
Leap Slam (lvl 20)
Endurance charge on melee stun (lvl 20)
Blood magic (lvl 20)
Faster attacks (lvl 20)

Gloves:
Pride (lvl 20)
Flesh and stone (lvl 20)
Dread banner (lvl 20)
Enlighten (lvl 2)

Boots:
Ancestral warchief (lvl 20)
Melee physical damage (lvl 20)
Brutality (lvl 20)
Main (lvl 20)

Ring/amulet:
Assassins mark (lvl 12)


I also have 2 questions:

1. Where should I put Molten Shell?
2. What is the difference between blood and sand, and flesh and stone? I cant figure it out, it seems that both activates blood stance or sand stance.

1. you are currently using immortal call in the spot Molten shell should be.
2. Blood and Sand gem is for AOE and area damage compared to flesh and stone which is for blinding enemies and reducing damage from far away enemies or for maiming them and increasing the physical damage they take.

So no one tryed the clusters with this build or am i missing something?
Is Ahn's Might Midnight Blade a good choice for this build ?

Where are you getting the points from? Because I am looking to incorporate my cluster jewel with deep cuts and devastator but I have no idea what I should cut so I get the necessary points.
Yeah thats what im was wondering where to cut in the tree hard to decide
Hello. What would be good cluster jewels for that build? Also is it worth to invest so much skill points into it?
hey, what will you take away when you get a cluster jewel whits Deep Cuts?.

And What i mean whits take away what skill point will you remove and then use to get the Deep Cuts? :D

I have to say the build is going along extremely nice. i delete bosses in 1-2 seconds with vaal ancestral warchief which is so nice.
