[3.7] 1H-Impale Cyclone Champion/Slayer - 16M+ Shaper DPS Fullbuffed / 158%-220% Movspeed Speedy Boy

Everyone is showing here their uber elder gear but I wanna say something else. This build is super fun and strong even on very low budget.

I wasted alot of time and currency on my other starter (gonna be LL ED occultist but need to many good items to make it fun and fast to play) but I rerolled to cyclone slayer. I wanted to farm currency for my ED but is so much fun that I decided to just invwest into it now first and then later finish the Occultist.

Anyway there is the gear Im using:



As you can se my weapons are 1c uniques, I have only 5L Bronns and need to upgrade rings for the mana cost mod (I have disabled now pride aura). And guess what? Its still very strong and with this gear Im doing atm T12/T13 just fine.

Imagine what this can achieve with proper crafted foils (damn you alterations!!1).

So if you are afraid you have to invest like 10ex to even start the build just try it out. Its just strong.

The only thing Im considering to change is replacing Phase Run with Vaal Molten Shell or Steelskin. For some reason I always forgot about the PR but loved VMS while I was leveling.

I am a little confused by the jewel though am i meant to put it at the bottom by Iron Reflexs? Also what am i supposed to look for number wise on it?

Cant help you with the numbers. I suggest putting it at acrobatics (as I have explained in PoB)

I have - mana cost i am not running out of mana i'm just asking if i am using the right aura's when i am spinning away as i dont wanna lose potention dps/survivabiltiy. My skill bar is as follows;


"Move" "Blood and sand" "Cyclone"

"Flesh and Stone" "Leap" "Haste" "Vaal Haste" "Warchief"


I can't fit anymore skills on and if i were to active the 3 aura's listed above i wouldn't be able to use Blood rage, dread banner, pride and phase run without physically going into my action bar after i have already turned one aura on and switching it for another.

Unless i am dumb and i am missing something as this is only my second league and kinda follow the guide religiously which is why I've posted as my skills are different.

You activate all the auras once and switch them away in your skillbar. Problem solved.

You need at least -9 mana cost to skills for cyclone to be free with 6 links. -6 for 5 links.

Make sure dread banner and pride are not linked to anything and flesh and stone is only linked to maim. Any links to supports will cause it to increase in mana reservation.

Im pretty much done with this build. Had shitloads of fun and its extremally strong but its time to try something else :)
I wanted to post my gear here maybe someone would like to buy it :)
Its not cheap not gonna lie.

Theres 0 differences in possible crafting between Astral Plate and Glorious Plate (except having ress on astral)?

Elder astral base cost 11 ex while glorious only 1 ex.

Rare Amour is probably a bit better defensively, but for both dps + tankiness Starkonjas is still hard to beat.

I always try to keep my auras away from the weapon slots. Currently mine are split between helm and boots.

If you don't have the auras in your weapon, the two different weapon slots can have separate skill bars now.

In Weapon Set I, you have all your main skills on the skillbar.

Hitting "X" in-game will swap you to Weapon Set II (so long as you have weapons equipped there). On that skillbar, I have all my auras.

When you need to activate, hit X, enable all the auras from the offhands, hit X again back to mainhand, and off you go.
