I tried to play with Mon'tregul's Grasp (6 Zombies vs 13 Zombies without)

It seems better for the mapping and more fun because the enemies explode, but for the boss the initial configuration seems a little better. It is a good alternative !

However I advise you to buy a Unset Ring with Convocation: Shield Charge (or other skill movement) + Convocation = All enemies explode !

Regarding your Freeze question, the answer is "most of the time". There are always exceptions to PoE. So it depends on how the Freeze is being applied. That being said, almost always, it'll be Cold Damage that applies Freeze. Would you mind linking the jewel?

Hey dragomob,

They do pretty good. They definitely kill the Legion. The issue you could run into is that they just smack everything they see. So you'll typically spawn a bunch of Legion. That's only an issue if you're not setup for gear. But yup, they do well for sure.

yeah my concern was more along the lines of "are they able to free as much of the monolith as possible and/ or deal with 5-way battles".

I really like your gear, I think this is a great kind of end game reference for this build. And that shield!;)
I see your Ghastly Eye Jewel has a 3% chance to taunt on hit, does it work for you with Holy Relic? In the skill description there is a note that Minions cannot Taunt Enemies.

Yes I think it does not work, but I wanted to have Life + Mana + Minions stats, on Xbox it's not easy! I think I'm going to have to craft

I have not had a problem so far, and I'm on console so I can not "aim" like on PC. However if you want to clear everything, it can be difficult. For the fight, no problem!

:) Likely sooner, but I don't like to rush guides. I make too many big mistakes. Do you have Path of Building? This is what I'm currently testing out: https://pastebin.com/hVbJaNMY.

For two leagues now I've been watching this thread, I think I even commented once or twice. Well, this league has given me a new challenge. My wife and PoE partner decided to go all cyclone while I made an srs HoA ... (don't ask). Well, long story short, I need a build that can keep up, and wouldn't you bloody guess that I'd remember THIS build.

I figure I can keep up with her speed and kill everything behind me (and her), while staying alive through the process. Wish me luck, I'll report back when I hit level 88 (where the srs HoA build hit a wall).
