Depends. Stock T5? Absolutely. Shaped T16? Maybe... depends on how good you are at deal making on the market.

With bisco's collar, ventor's gamble, sadima's touch, goldwyrm boots, you still got plenty of exalts to spent on decent rare gear. If you just alch and go, you'd propably do T16. Die a few times but its doable. A juiced up T16 though, with 8 mods, sextants etc... not sure if its worth. It'd be far better to stick sith shaped T10 or simple T5. The Doctor has the same drop rate in any map tier.

Funny fact: I've run maybe 700 burial chambers with my MF character to get two doctors (could be better or worse). Then again, I've had a Doctor drop at my first burial chambers run with a non-MF character. Luck IS a bitch.

The real good Vinktar is the one that gives instaleech. It costs more than one mirror.

If you have both flasks, I'd use the Atziri. I found it to serve somewhat better to clearing speed. More uses (30/60 isntead of 60/60), +chaos damage (bypasses monster armour).
