RNG works both ways, suck it up and stop crying.

You always had the option for forgo any form of RNG and either do the 6-link craft or just buy it already 6-link. You chose not to.

The system is much fairer than most simply because you have a choice...

Bought with random sockets for 5c. Like 40 jewellers to 6 socket. 15 fuses.

RNG is rng. I got lucky you didn't. I wasn't lucky other times. I won't be in the future. Just like you will be. Or not... rng doesn't give a shit about your dry streaks.

Casual protip: Never. NEVER. Aim for a 6l. A 5l should be overkill to just fine for 95% of game content. It's worked for me so far. And then you cant get dissappointed.

I must not be far from the 3000 fusing (perhaps less) for my two 6 link, insists!
Sell all your chrome, chance, jeweller, etc .. all that can give you fusing and at one time or another you will have your 6 link!
Take advantage of the forsaken master to increase the quality to 26/28% it helps enormously!

Take the targeted items in duplicate, keep a 5 link on you and the other try the 6 link, you have to be patient and accept the risk!

POE is like that and the RNG can frustrate us but especially can give us a beautiful emotion with GG items!

It is WELL documented that fully linking a 6 socket can take anything from 1-8000(or more) fusing, overall it averages out at about 1000-1200 (very large sample sizes)

Since the games launch you now have the items quality that increases the chances of linking though you are STILL 1-8000, they even changed that bonus because it used to consume the items quality each time you tried fusing it, you now also have ways to get 30% quality or more.

And then you have the crafting bench

I've used 2.7k fusings to get the achievement for 6 linking with a fused orb. I doubt this is unusual; use the crafting bench instead.

if 1500 fuse is safe 6 link, ffs make it go 6 link @ 3 k fusings safe for itself.
at the current state i will never ever ever ever again try to 6 link something myself.

It is absolutely not friendly for players with not so much time.

Use the bench or buy one already linked or RNG, those are the three choices. If you go the RNG route, it means that it is irrelevant if you've already spent 0, 1, 1000, or 10,000 fusings previously trying to 6 link. It will not change the chance of the next fusing. RNG owes you nothing. All water under the bridge. Of the three choices the other two have known fix costs. For the RNG route, when dealing with such small odds of success per attempt it means a huge range of possible outcomes, limited only by how many fusings you have on hand with the real possibility of failure at the end.

6l your own stuff is the biggest NOOB trap in the game. Let all the farming groups in the game do it for you and just buy it off the market with in game currency.

Farming groups can handle the 6l RNG as it averages out for them quickly. They can take the highs and lows. You cannot.

keep in mind every league huge amounts of farmers hit the league and need to generate cash for the pay to win crowd. 6L items are a good in game currency generator.

As an example look at the market first week in and you already see a flood of 6l uniques. As a regular player you would never try and sell a 6l you just linked as your more than likely going to be using it.

Never link yourself... Its an RNG lotto you cannot win.

Why do you keep using the excuse 'I don't have much time' as the reasoning for you choosing the RNG route?

And stop being so ignorant about the responses you were given. You had a choice from the beginning. It's no-one else fault you chose to gamble. No-one forced you.

As said already, you wouldn't be here crying if you got it in 50 fusings instead.
