No, it has nothing to do. THIS is completely two different things and two different problems. We are struggling with the problem with the FPS from the start of the current league, you have a f***ed-up Internet. Our problem relates to bugs in the game client, which causes drops in the FPS and freezing the game every few seconds with a single (in my case) stable pingu, eg 20, even standing in a place in HO or anywhere, which prevents us from playing normally.. Our problem is exemplary fps decreases every 2-3 seconds, for example 100 to 10 or 0.

You ping jumps like a kangaroo.

We dont have a latency problem ( mostly ).

I am not a self proclaimed internet guru, but I think the two issues are likely to have some common ground.

Some of you guys are having issues even while standing idle in your HO, some people only when mapping / killing enemies.

My game is perfectly fine when I am not killing any monsters. I can stay in my HO all day arranging stuff without lagging one bit but when I kill enemies, I have this freezing / huge fps drop over a frame of say 5-10 seconds, and then the game speeds up to reconstruct what was missing while the game was frozen / slowed down.

I doubt it is on our end, because so many people are having similar issues. It could be a skill, or aura, or mtx conflict or something. Feels like the server is having issues calculating / rendering something.

I don't feel like this is an internet / latency issue per se but rather a bug in one of the components/coding causing the servers / game client to lag. I am using 500mbit fiber internet and usually play with 40-60ms latency and have no problems whatsoever.

Of course I am just assuming at this point but I have noticed my ping going up and down erratically when this happens. My internet is fine, my computer is beefy so it must be something else.

have the spike and died 3 times in Syndicate Hideout.
Now my syndicate is missing 1 boss and I cannot clear the hideout.

Same issue. Syndicates fights are 100% segurity of lag or game crash and freezes in my case: not a fluid combant since launch. I only play Hardcore and is very painful experience. I lost like 4 chars just because absurds lag spikes and freezes.This game rocks but seriously, it is unplayable.
