how to get rid of d2jsp, or at least lower its usage a lot
" LOL xD It would just make RMT much easier. It would also remove entire purpose of different leagues Only way to stop RMT and stop players from taking advantage from real money in game is: 1. remove trading from game - so players can't get items from other players for real money 2. remove leveling from game - so players can't buy leveled accounts from other players for real money "Is there such a thing as an absolute, timeless enemy? " vague impression? how can you get a "vague impression", i literally said i supported cross-realm trading. and said like 10 times i dont support jsp. if you get any vague impressions from that, you have a problem :D but. crosstrading? yes, i fully support it. and always will support it, even if jsp didnt exist i would still be for cross-trading. |

" i thought about this a lot before i posted. the thing is that most of the poe community hasnt had experience with rmt sites, and thats probably gonna stay that way. however, a big % of the community started poe as "the spirit successor of d2", and if you played d2, you have a jsp account. meaning a lot of poe community at the very least knows what jsp is, and many probably use it. and the fact that jsp is safe to use, even the banning doesnt make for much of a threat. the main reason i dont use it is because i prefer making hideouts than actual playing anyway, it would be nice if someone neutral read all this, not a fanboy. its hard to argue with zombies, i need someone who thinks with his own head |

" I've highlighted the relevant part of my post, and will use this quote to illustrate why I am not going to bother writing my reasons for disagreeing. == Officially Retired 27/02/2019 == Massive thanks to GGG for producing such a fun and engaging game, it has taken up faaaaaaar too much of my life over the last 5 years. Best of luck in the future! Dernière édition par CaptainWaffleIron#2395, le 30 janv. 2016 à 17:53:57

Spoiler
" you dont know how many people played d2 before and how many moved from d2 from poe. Your point of view on haow many players use jsp or played d2 can be wrong becasue you rotate in circle of people who come from d2, use jsp or are experienced players. " Easier way to discredit people who dont like tour idea. I am no poe fanboy in this discussion about RMT. I just know how RMT work, why people do it and I understand a sequence of cause and effect. If GGG will add system for trading from standard to temporary leagues: 1. RMT sellers will have easy way to get items from standard and sell them to temporary league 2. this will fill temporary league with items from standard 3. this will kill "fresh economy" feel of new leagues. It is this so hard to understand that you have call people zombie fanboys? 2. there is on reason to use 3rd party programs or sites other than poe.trade to do your trades in borders of your current league and do fine in entire game. No matter if you play in standard or temporary leagues. "Is there such a thing as an absolute, timeless enemy? There is no such thing, and never has been. " yes, my mistake. misread that part, english isnt my native language " i disagree on both. 1) rmters have easy way around the system anyway and adding cross-trading will change nothing in that regard. you dont really seem to know how the system works. even a smarter than the average bear can trade on jsp without having his acc being in danger whatsoever, let alone a real rmter 2) there is a reason. some people want to make perfect standard chars. i know that because i liked to do that in d2. in poe i dont because everything gets changed every patch, so my "perfect char" idea doesnt really work in that case, but in most games i do that and i know many people who do the same. cross realm trading makes perfect sense in that case because people would play the temp league for some fun, but the real fun would be to buy the std exalts and buy some nice gear! " no reason to insult, anyway reported |

" You don't really need a link for that. A simple example would be any team sport. Lets assume you play football in a mediocre team in your league. Your next game is against the top team of the league, you are not gonna win here, so you simply play with one player less or even two. However as a trade you field these two players in your next match against another mediocre team, which gives a huge advantage. A league has a independent economy. You are not taking something over to there. It is already a bit odd that you can take over race rewards, but besides the few really high tier ones you get for a lot of points that is mostly not much of an issue unless they are changed a lot (I remember the change to Goldwyrm when people hat legacy goldwyrms still in their race stashs) but unless something like this happens it was not all that influential and even here it was highly controversial. But cross league trading basically completly defeats the purpose of having a new economy, that is even more true for hardcore temp leagues, which would allow people to trade their lost items partially back to hardcore, which is not really the intent of hardcore. " I would like to have a Shavronnes as well to try some different builds out. But I don't have one, so be it. Also it is far easier to just buy stuff (unless legacy) in standard. You can easily play one temp league and transfer all to standard without having to paying anything for it at the end of the league. You just have to sell everything of value during the temp league (exspecially quite early). That is even more true for temp. Hardcore in which case you can just kill a char to transfer stuff to standard. |

" your tone was very demeaning, thats why the report. i didnt really give a shit, i reported you because its the right thing to do! i found many ideas i saw here stupid, yet i never explicitly told that to anyone also jsp obviously wasnt rmt enough for blizzard because they never banned a single person for it. not one. " mentality you people have is what puts rmters and jsp users ahead of you. "if i cant have the legacy shavs, so be it!" well many people are like "if i cant have the legacy shavs, i will buy the legacy shavs! let me find a nice site for that...oooh look! jsp!" banning a few people who massively fuck up while jsp trading isnt gonna change anything, its just not the right way to go |
