Thats called having friends, not being a streamer, yes streamers have friends, deal with it. There can be no competition because you can't do anything against dedicated teams of no-lifers, not because streamers get a few top items for free. Try theory crafting for weeks before the start of the league, building up a team that will do the tasks that would slow you down for you, then spend over 80 hours per week playing.
