1) CI Crit Dual Dagger Melee Splash Shadow

This char is on Standart. I started it when 0.10.8 came out and play it for 2 hours a day i have before i go to sleep. I run around and rape the game, oneshoting packs and facetanking bosses (can't do it for long though they don't have much HP) . When i see phys reflect i switch to spell daggers, drink Diamond Flask and oneshot the whole room with Discharge. When i see phys reflect on an elem reflect map i switch Melee Damage gem to Multistrike gem, drink Granite potion and kill it without applying curse. There was a long road of misery with crappy gear until i got to this state. My build is very gear dependant but it extremly pays off. I provide both screenshot and spreadsheet dps calculations.
Screenshot shows damage for the first target of splash, have a known bug for crit dps calculations (ignoring second check for accuracy the game does) and do not show how curse increase my dps. Spreadsheet shows real aoe dps of melee splash, take curse and second accuracy check into account. Also this is dps against lvl 79 monster with his level of evasion. It's 10-20K higher on a lower level maps. DPS is buffed with Hatered, Wrath, 3 franzy charges and 6 power charges. Charges are sustained by main attack. Wouldnt the secondary target dps (higher less dmg % to mobs in aoe) and second accuracy check (cuz its always 95% or lower) lower your screen dps? :S :S And i dont expect tooltip to show curse dps, but i get your point ... you try to measure edps [quote="DirkAustin"]They can always make a loser league where Monsters do no damage and you one shot everything. " Yes tooltip should be lower that it is right now for all charactes that have attack+crits. Dps with curse in spreadsheet is, as you correctly noted, my effective dps. |

All dps are from toolpit after auras on: 16k+ I have on my immortal mara (with OP! :) Aegis Aurora) without using abyssus. 60% more than Dragon with 1/3 of orbs spent on gear. 20k+ dps I can easily achieve but with negative drawback of abyssus (including melee splash) almost 25k AOE! dps on my witch (with melee splash gem) ing: Storm_Gaze
