Kripparrian is playing poe!!!!

I watched the other night for a few hours when Chris was on his stream.

Kripp obviously was biased so much towards D3 that it affected his ability to appreciate POE, he kept making stupid, useless, negative comments.

Chris would also explain things to him and then 20 minutes later kripp would be going "blah blah, waaaaaah, what's up with this?" and Chris would have to explain it all over again.. Pay attention kid... There was an obvious lack of respect there.

It was also obvious that he was a WoW turned D3 player that didn't really know jack about Diablo.

Not to mention he's a bad player.

How is this guy pro when my 10 y/o plays better than him?

But I digress, any publicity is good publicity, I guess.
Never wrestle with a pig. You'll only get muddy, and the pig likes it!

Never argue with an idiot. They'll bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience!

An honest question... what is the typical age of ones that idolize video game players? I mean seriously.. following them... watching them play.. just seem so giddy over their every move. Personally I find it silly.

Yeah..and?
Chris was his usual self: a paradigm of politesse.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.

I think it's different when we talk eSports.. To watch and idolize a guy who sits grinding all day is kinda lame.

I don't follow the guy but I will say sometimes watching someone else play will show you things you hadn't thought of to improve your own game.

I watch poker, partly for fun and partly for a glimpse into the heads of the players.

At the end of the day, it's really no different than watching anything you can do yourself. Golf, basketball, whatever. Also remember sometimes people are watching that can't play ATM, work or somewhere they have a computer but can't play.

You know how good game is when ppl would rather watch others play it, than play themselfs.

If kripp is bashing the game on his stream and if his followers dont even want to try it because of what he said, than you dont want such ppl here anyway. So he is doing this game a favor, he is preventing dumb kids from ruining the community and he is giving a free advertisement, cause there are going to be ppl who will try it no matter what kripp says.
Trespassers will be shot survivors will be shot again!
