The Trials in PoE2 are the worst.

I don't get why the ascendancies are locked behind playing the game in an entirely different fashion. POE1 ascendancies were a chore but at least you were playing the same game.
Now you get the divisive Sanctum, or gambling on build-killing debuffs in X rounds of Ultimatum. Best solution is to do them over-levelled, so that the mechanics don't matter and the content is a snoozefest. If the metrics match up with everyone doing it being overlevelled, why not save everyone some time and fudge in an instant ascendancy point off the back of later game quest/map boss deaths? " If something takes literally 30 minutes to complete and is mandatory,then there's a problem.In 1 Lab was at most 3-4 minutes provided you kept your gear upgraded,and even faster if you were running something like minions. There is no reason the first two trials are as long and frustrating as they are. |

" Yeah, cause they can really choose the modifiers that the run will have. Choose btwn Rings that aoe rise and do hitkills while getting ganked by enemies doing 300% of their damage on other shit, towers shooting at you, while an ghost that will hit kill you, if you think its fun you are a 100% masochist. And dont get me wrong i played a lot of games way harder than this and had fun with it Malenia in elden ring was hard but it was fun. Getting destroyed by a bunch of random of stuff while the option is just choose the less worse inst fun, is just being gamble addicted This is just unfun No money until, GGG fix melee.

" I talked mostly about sekhemas obviously, not trials of chaos. I did all my ascendancies in sekhemas except for 2nd in A3, so I can't really speak about the other trial. They had so more good leagues to choose, they even had a good one on poe1.
The lab of izaro it was perfect In poe 2 if they wanted to put a league to make an ascendency fine but they somehow tought with their insane minds that the most niches leagues mechanics, ultimatum and sanctum it was a good for a game like this They are really out of touch If they done incursion to win a temple and kill the golem at the end i would be fine with it. If they put something like killing a metamorph, you drop the idk ´´sacred Maraketh warrior parts´´ and build the perfect warrior then run a big ass zone and frankstein it. Blight, OH NOO The trial of sekhmas its full of killing braincontrolling fungus kill it with the Sacred Maraketh fire exile. Expedition the way to the ascendency room has colapse choose you way carefully exploding the whole temple and getting buffs and debuffs from their choises Bestiary Oh nooooooooo exile, some beast are profaning the sekhmas sanctuarry kill all the beast to get their pheromones and atracts the apex in the temple Delve, Babalba says damm the entrance is long gone then niko appears and say he can dig us there then we delve in the ancient temple of sekhmas. And there is way more they just choose the worst possible No money until, GGG fix melee.
