If the map bosses are not nerfed for next season, there will be a HUGE drop in player count.
" Lol come on, you are telling a guy who has crushed and beaten all content (uber Arbiter) in the game that he is having "skill issue" when it comes to average bosses? I have learned how to kill Arbiter by dodging all of his one shots, and u say that this a skill issue? The same Amazon I have created right now just walks through everything the moment i swapped into a bow-based build. Spear was just bad and this was the problem I am talking about. Running into difficult bosses every map takes away the opportunities for a lot of players who play "mapping" builds. Right now your build HAVE to have really decent single target clear or else you are done for.... |

" Exactly. Any build after 200 D should not have this insane of a problem. If I don';t get one shot, I might be fine with the idea that killing difficult bosses might give me better rewards. Right now, bosses one shots you and they don't really give you much....it is such an insane idea to have buffed them this way. |

" Ya i was wondering what he was talking about.... I am running all juiced-up t15 delirium maps....i don't really think he understands the true end game here |

" Players who spend 200d in a game after grinding it for like a straight month are not there to "do the ez dumbdown content".... The problem I am pointing out here is more about some builds doing super well while some builds are just suffering super hard with the same amount of resources spent. GGG should provide more options and playstyle instead of forcing people down a path they somehow believe is "better". Overall, not providing options is really poor design, such as taking away the rare indicator icons. |

" The option is there though in the Atlas tree? If you unspec the boss nodes the map bosses have like 500k HP I think, which even a non-meta build can take down in a few seconds. |

God forbid the bosses of the highest tier available in the game present a challenge.

Fighting Boss who damage us and need to avoid several hits are ok, but one-shot us is not good. Turning me from Bosses still.

How many, I wonder, use mapping setups for bossing?
Use the weapon swap, weapon swap passives, and a couple of gems for bosses, the experience should change drastically Early to bed, early to rise, fishing all day, making up lies.

Im playing an Archmage Stormweaver using Arc and more importantly, Lightning Conduit. I have maybe 4 or 5 div in the character doing 4mod T15s. I have noticed no change at all to boss difficulty, I stand in Sigil of Power, apply my shock with a few arcs, apply exposure, do Mana Tempest, then hit with Lightning Conduit and the bosses all die in 5-10 seconds of combat, havent died to a single boss yet.
Maybe its just the build but I have a totally different experience than the OP, I dunno, maybe just avoid the Slam and if you are dying to regular attacks get more defenses shrug. The annoying part imo is waiting for the bosses to spawn and do their RP dialogues or whatever, that almost takes more time than the actual fight itself. I'm playing a 15-20ish Divine recoup/slow Chronomancer and it's weird because I can AFK in the middle of most juiced T15-16's and even some bosses, but other bosses will just look at me and I die instantly. I still need to avoid pretty much any red slam, but even some random melee swings/abilities that don't really seem like they'd be very strong result in instant death. I don't really know what to even look out for; considering everything's moving at half speed or more from the slow effect and I have plenty of time to recognize an attack to avoid and still can't discern what's doing the damage, that's a problem.
