If the map bosses are not nerfed for next season, there will be a HUGE drop in player count.
" I'm casual and always create my own builds, so I doubt it's meta. And I enjoy the boss fights. But I don't level them way up on the Atlas either. I think I just have them increased once. So if the bosses are too difficult for you, I would just tone down their difficulty on the Atlas until it's in a comfortable spot for you. The game is already empty due to the balance issues. Doesn't need to bother someone with power of Bosses to make people flee like rabbits.
The question remains the same 8 months now.. When Devs will solve balance issues??????? |

Many enjoy it, it is a challange. Boss should be hard and taking a minute to kill at least. They could change the Atlas to be more emgaging and fun tho. None version felt good so far. They could add a Tower of Bosses with floors, even infinite mode. They could add survival arena mode. They could add quite a lot of stuff and make Atlas obsolete completely tbh. |

Bosses strength are good. You can't expect winning all the time.

well lightning spear is not for bossing. u need to use other skills for bossing or another weapon set for bossing. problem solved

Yeah I just decided to do mapping slowly on my monk 84, was getting exp slowly over few days, then hit a boss and lost 50% in matter of two minutes, one shotting me ...

" I think its not the problem that its harder its that bosses on maps are just unfair. bosses are designed to work in the campaign. The issue if you increase the cast speed and damage etc. things deal way more damage. And not every build is running a shitload of energy shield to tank it. Skills and normal attack that dont kill you in the campaign kill you in Maps. The only solutions to this is a lot of energy shield or armour or very high damagw, but the developers want fights to take longer. Which doesnt really work with how bosses are designed. “The bird of Hermes is my name, eating my wings to make me tame.”
