No. Some of us just appreciate being told what's happening and [Removed by Support] can understand when mistakes happen. As a business owner, my company and team has made mistakes before, too. Everyone does. It's not about making no mistakes that makes a business successful but how they respond to them and make them right. They've told us what happened, what they plan to do to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future, and will be rolling it back out again today, which is within 24 hours. What more do you want?

fix the loot.. test your games.. no respect for players time.. 3 weeks for a way overdue update.. that worked 5 minutes just to reroll back to the old shitty 0.2.0f.. 6 hours later.. and you try and tell us you tested your patch? cmon now be honest at least
theres also another thing that was way overdue : you acknowledging your incompetence and at least saying sorry for something.. too little too late

1) not everyone needs adhere to your schedule; they're allowed holidays and the fact that you're anti Easter doesn't mean they should be too. Not everyone is an atheist.
2) they did give ascendancy respec...
3) the huntress is currently one of, if not the most powerful class in the game and certainly one of the top played ones
4) "months" later? You realize it's not even been a month yes?
5) I own a business and have no problems getting to endgame
6) servers are just fine on my end. Maybe it's your crappy internet.

I am trying to learn how to read idiot. It's not my native language. My schools didn't teach idiot as a language either. Just something I've picked up from playing online games.
But your information is incorrect. Or at least missing some context. Sure, ascendancy respec wasn't at launch. But it was added in just two weeks later. That's pretty fast. And I played huntress from the start. People complained because they didn't use the skills properly. Not that the class was bad. I had no issues playing it. Maybe you just need to get better at playing the game.

I mean… guys, you had a critical issue with EU servers rolling back 15 minutes of progress from time to time for nearly a month after the 0.2.0 release.
So honestly, this issue doesn’t even seem that big in comparison.
