This level of transparency and honesty is much appreciated! Shit happens. It's early access for a reason. If it makes these salty children leave, then even better! They're probably the same ones listing their 2 ex ring for 30 div anyway...

Finally a spot where "it is only EA" is actually the best reply. Sure, for a live product you should aim for something like this to be "unacceptable" but considering the things you need to try out and change during a development phase of the game one would have to expect some sort of hiccup. It is in any case way less impactful than the server issues in EU lately.

THere is really no need to explain the exact issue to your playerbase. 99,99% of us ( me included ) have no friggin idea what it means. This is an early access state so there is no reason to apologize in such a form. We are early access tester and not investors.

Hey, this is early access... remember, true fans are playeing the game and giving constructive feedback .... only haters have time to stick all day at social media and forums complaining, because their lives are misarable, thats why they hate so much...

Love the details/transparency. This is exactly what I’d expect from one of my employees who messed up (I.e., problem with solution identified).

Ppl are frustrated now, but this approach should signal to them that the *system* for accountability/feedback/improvement is strong. I feel good about PoE2’s future.
