Ok my post was delated because it braked community rules.
So another way to answer:

If GGG will do voting about XP Penalty: to keep or not to keep and make it a bit softer, I am sure will be not 99% !!!!

Seems you're very new to the POE community and probably to the ARPG genre in general...first of welcome.

2nd stop telling us oldschool fans of the genre and esp. POE what we want or not...If you want no XP penalties when you char die and are not willing to improve either skill or gear vise, it's definitely not the games fault.

3rd...If your comment breaked the community rules and got deleted, than for a good reason for sure.

As said multiple times if you're not willing to improve skill & gear vise in POE2, why should the game reward you with LVL100?

Either stop blaming others and start to improve to reach LVL 100 or leave it, it's up to you. ;)

Telling 99% community will be against idea of removing XP Penalty is in my opinion TROLLING from you.
EVERY SECOND person here complain it (XP penalty) and you try convince me that 99% are not! That`s the trolling thing.

Like this guys already quit, as I did, as my friends did... because of exact same STUPID exp curve. Wtf are u talking about?

Players will quit if they easily get to 100, seriously??? I know ZERO players who got to 100... and almost everybody already quit...

Well I stopped at lvl 95 and that`s it. Game is unplayable over that and has no enjoyment at all ,everybody knows that.

We know that`s XP penalty is bad and needs redesign - I do not reject this idea. You can say whatever, but 99% players disagree with this opinion is simple lie and misleading.

Waiting for upcoming update to see what GGG will change (I am almost 100% sure they will not change XP penalty but who knows...maybe they will change a bit mechanics of that)

I have to disappoint you here, it's not every 2nd person..it's only you and a handfull of people here who are a very loud minority in this forums.

Most of the people don't even have the time to complain here, simply becasue they enjoy the game instead.

And we have XP penalties in POE for over 1 decade now...why isn't the game dead yet when 99% of the playerbase hate it so much due to your theory and quit because of that? ^^

As said, stop complaining and start to improve either gear or player skill vise (or both), so the XP penalty doesen't affect you anymore.

Or is it also the way you deal with failed challanges in real life....Means blaming others for you own mistakes? ;)

Please make a solid argument instead of a half assed/half truth.
POE1 does not force you to play maze maps.
POE1 does not delete all juiced map content upon 1 death.
POE1 does not make you pick up 10000s of white bases.

Add all of POE2 mechanics to POE1 and then look how long it lasts.

Sorry, then, the game fails, GGG shuts down. Never, ever cater to the hardcore. Not only are they a tiny group that can't support a game with their money, they CHASE away potential customers. They kill games and studios.

And if an XP penalty chases potential customers away? Then the smart company changes it.

GGG has not yet.

I didn't miss 1 ARPG release since Diablo 1 and not 1 season/ladder reset since D2 back in the days, so I didn't miss the release of POE2 EA....I followed it close enough, dont worry.

And people surely didn't leave becasue the XP penalty, the playerbase is currently so low becasue thats how ARPGs usualy behave for decades now.

We're 3 weeks before a new league, ofc most of the people spend time to play some other games before the new season launches....Me included. ;)

And the only people that complained about XP penalty are mostly those who came from Diablo 4 and cried why POE2 is not more like D4 while saying that "theres nothing to do in D4" at the same time. XD

I mean the market is flooded with failproof ARPGs where people can reach max level without any challange after a very short time, why do you want POE to be the same?

I would also love to be able to run Mythic Raids and M25+ Dungeons in WOW but I neither have the time nor the skill to do so and guess what....It's OK.

Same here in POE, it's OK if you neither have the time nor the skill to reach LVL100....It's not even neccessary in POE, becasue as said multiple times you can faceroll ALL content with 95 or even lower if well equiped (And LVL95 can be reached by everyone, even by super casuals).

Reaching LVL100 is an own endgame activity for those who want to take on this challang and not made for everyone, like Mythic Raids or M25+ in WOW as example. ;)
