" It's pretty good actually. I played with the jewel which is 2 seconds and this is already pretty decent. 1 second could actually be insanely overpowered. Hint: put Petrified Blood on it. You will ALWAYS be "low life", therefore you will ALWAYS be taking only 60% of the hit damage as reservation. Downside: any damage over time. Yikes. |

Templar main: meh. Not much build around. Life stacking? Only Tornado of Elemental Turbulence good, and it doesn't have vaal version. Totems can't cast vaal skill, and too much cost for life using. Soul Catcher and Soul Ripper need much invest. Totally meh, boring ascend.
