Aside from warcries EVERY BUFF is a spell. This includes auto-exertion. The Behemoth is incredibly clunky and nerfed because of that. What use is a +15 to rage and a quick regen when you can't even use berserk? I don't think rampage is even remotely enough to justify the loss of auras, curses, stances and defense skills.
I hope you have plans to solve this at some point, because it's absurd and frustrating. Bite life's throat, celebrate your victories, be excellent to other people, love yourself, be an anarchist.

Why are some of the small nodes so bad?

Some nice small nodes but surfcasters smalls are useless

yea pretty useless(fish rarity is funny af) but it is prob one of the top 3 strongest ones so not that big of a deal

" Global defenses on small nodes is busted. Rich people get that modifier on their chest pieces whenever possible and now you just get the same stat on your ascendancy. I wish I was interested in those ascendancies otherwise. Surfcaster on the other hand is really fucking bad. 5% chance to flee so you have to run after mobs instead of killing them. 10% more fish like who gives a shit? Other people getting good stuff like global defenses or aura effect. Where's my Ailment effect or just something useful? These nodes literally make me not want to play this ascendancy because running after fleeing mobs is dogshit. Can I at least toggle the small nodes off or something lmao? " For what it's worth, Flee is a mechanic in PoE1 that rarely ever has an effect, as many mobs don't have the flee behaviours in their AI. It's basically just the small apes you find in Act 2 (and their similar counterparts) that flee. There may be a small handful of other ones that also do this, but it isn't going to be you chasing the majority of monsters at all. |

So hyped! I'm still rolling surfcaster, and honestly love that they used the small nodes as tuning knobs for making some OP (surf) less good and some really strong. Like 40% global defense on small nodes for antiquarian??? Insane!
All in all going to be a fun 1 month, and probably fun private league after. As someone who cares more about build diversity over anything else, this is more fun than a genuine new league for me Hoping I'll get my hands on a beta key some time :D (Circa 2012, can't bring myself to remove it)

Hello, event is fun and all, thanks. But small passive nodes for all the acsedency classes are good, except surfcaster, what happen there? Its a down side.. why GGG? JUST WHYYYYYY?
