" man, don't be unpleasant. It's not GGG's fault that your key isn't active, and they still took the time to reply to you personally. Even if we can understand your frustration, your behaviour is ridiculous. It's a good lesson to learn for next time, better to buy an official key from the publisher or via trusted sites/vendors... I appreciate that you answered me something, but it should be technical support. Please understand that I am disappointed with the assistance I am receiving. But it's a shame, they should have warned that it only works from the official website and that if not, you will not have support and they will reject you. I have never come across this case. |
