The early access key for Path of Exile 2 (PoE2) has disappeared

Hello,

I bought a key to play path of exile 2 on early access a few days ago. Today, when I try to login, it shows me the following message:

"Your account does not have Access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Redeem an Early Access key on our website or purchase acess now."

I don't understand the reason if I have been playing for several hours in previous days.

As relevant information:

- Account name: KmiKC#4323
[Removed by Support]
- Platform: Steam
- Version: Supporter pack 30
- Character name: LabrujaPirujaaa
- Region/Language: Spain/Spanish

Can you look to solve it?

I'm tired of sending emails to support@grindinggear.com and you not answering. Please can you give me an answer? I have been insisting for a long time and there is no type of support.
They've communicated that their support is incredibly backed up right now. Sending multiple e-mails will reset you back to the beginning of the queue. This is why you haven't gotten an answer yet.

Edit: Was about to mention something and support got it. Thanks support :D

Did you buy the Early Access Support Pack from this site/steam/epic/console? Or did you buy the key from a third party?
