The answer must be given to me by technical support, because I have stopped having early access activated if I have not had any problems activating it.

I know another person who is in the same situation and has only sent an email, it has continued since before Christmas without any response to the issue. Which seems disrespectful to me. |

Why are you not just telling people where you purchased the key?
If you bought it from this site as part of the $30 pack, or through the official steam/epic page then support will get to you. BUT if you bought the key code from a reseller THEN you are up shit creek, because it is your reseller that has refunded/charged back the key that they sold you, in which case GGG have no responsibility. If the problem is that third-party serial numbers don't work, why don't they clearly answer what that is for? If that is the problem, they would have to notify it when entering it and reject it. What I don't see as normal is not giving any explanation for what happened. In any case, I don't trust buying the game through their website, because if I have any problems, not answering will be enough.

This is the first time this has happened to me, whenever I have activated a key in Steam I have not had any problems. And I haven't bought it from a strange or cheap place. For those of you who are so interested, I bought it at ENEBA. I'm tired of buying keys without ever having any problems. From my progress through the game, I see that they are not at all interested in solving anything.
