Add this to the document if it's not there, since this is a megathread;
- Please make the transparency option for the TAB mini map better. The contrast between the map and the background is not enough on certain maps. That or let people choose the outline of the map's colour. Give contrasting options like neon green, neon yellow or magenta, like you do with the cursor. - Please add the names of the co-op partners above their character's heads in game as an option in settings (so I don't have to hover my mouse over them to see who it is every time I'm in a fight and need to communicate mechanics or need to look at the mini map and try to figure out who is who while I'm getting pummelled to death by mobs/bosses) - Please, in similar fashion, put my co-op partners' levels above their names on the left side Party UI, where their names and pictures are. I'll edit in any other suggestions I can think of as I play. Example of maxed out transparency slider not doing much for visual clarity in The Drowned City: ![]() Edit: I appreciate people telling me about the slider for the map, but it made no difference. The contrast of the map against the background is abysmal. Also, the "Show Ally Names" option doesn't put their name above their characters... I have it enabled and it only puts it on the mini map... like why? If people don't want it to be on the same option, just make another option called "Show Ally Names Above Character". " Map and landscape transparency do already exist in the game, same for ally names. Since PoE1. ![]() |

Oh, one more thing to notice.
There is currently a way to know what quality does for a skill (when you hover over with with the mouse and Alt button pressed), BUT it has no information on how Skill Level affects the skill's parameters. The only way to know is to have a Skill Gem with a higher level. Please, add this info in the "Alt" functionality! GGG were talking, if I recall it correctly, that they want to add some button to open all the Skill Gem options without needing to use an Uncut Skill Gem. YES, PLEASE! And finally, please let me play a video preview of the skill without any sound just by hovering over the skill with the mouse. Right now I need to press a play button after I hover with alt OR need to click on a skill (which I can't do sometimes, because of "requirements") when I cut a Gem, so make the preview more convenient, please. Or let me click on any skill, just don't let me to cut the gem. |

" You can click on any gem for video preview even if you dont have the requirements to do so, but in order to do that you have to go to Settings and uncheck the thing. ![]() Its in the Game tab. And can agree with the preview sound. |
