I use 5-link Cyclone and 4-link Reckoning. I also have Abyssus. No problem clearing T10 maps. When league mechanic ramps up, it gets a bit low, but otherwise all good. Can't wait to get the shield, very close now. (I don't have taunt jewels yet.) Also, buy Atziri's Promise. Super cheap and gives nice chunk of damage. Good alternative until you can buy more expensive flasks. I'd also use only one life flask and get life leech from somewhere (jewels, rings?).

Im using 6link reckoning and 4link cyclone..

uncertain about that bonus but 180% seems incredibly large amount. Is 180% good enough?

Still mobs dont want to hit me so if I would want full map clear it would take ~8min or so.. delirium mobs on the other hand are super fun!

I just dislike cyclone, I dont want to invest currency I dont have for it, I want to enjoy reckoning. Are there any alternatives for cyclone? I might as well just curse with vulnerability or smth..

Like TheD1sciple said. You can use Consecrated Ground (maybe Bladestorm too).

Do we need Block Recovery with Painforged, if we cant be stunned?
If hit would caused a stun, then blocking animation is played. Is animation played with Painforget even we cant be stuned? Thats why we need Block Recovery?

1. What skill gem upgrades can you recommend in my armor?

2. I know I need the amulet for crits, but is there a item that is horribly bad or needs to be replaced?



Been mapping in tiers 5 so far, does go alright but sometimes I feel my damage is lacking, until an enemy goes beserk on me and counters kick in.. Especialy in Legions.. man, I am hardly able to get a few rares in there..

Vaal Molten Shell give you HUGE survi. Its 10 times better than Steelskin if you can afford huge amount of armor and this build CAN. VMS can be used with Increased Duration, but not needed.

The price will go down, but it takes some time. Luckily the trend is not like Headhunter which might raise 5-6 weeks and then stay high for weeks.

Interesting, thanks a lot. Where do you get those stats, I need the same thing for the amulet.

Bought my shield last night for 2.5 Ex. I was on edge and already feared it would drop to 1 Ex overnight. But it is back at 3.5 Ex so I am guessing I did everything right, especially after seeing that graph. Even if it will eventually drop, I need it early on to be able to really progess.

With those prices I wouldn't advertise the build as a great league starter, because for a normal player the mandatory uniques seem impossible to get. I was just super lucky with 3 Ex and a good 6L staff to drop early into mapping. I am curios how things will work with the amulet. Right now Legion Encounters feel very bad and Blight Encounters are almost impossible. I am hoping crits will turn things up, but I still think I will end up preferring corpse explosions on the chest over an additional curse for clearing. (Against bosses level 12 Vulnerability isn't too great anyways.)

I checked some, and even with best ones they are not better than the generics on the tree.
