Laziness...or poverty...or both. Those are the only 2 things involved in trade/item storage barriers. Aside from that, pretty much nothing stops people from finding a way.

But thank you anyways for the personal attack or whatever that was intended for, thinking that my per personal spending behaviour as anything to do with a factual objective debate about whether or not premium tabs are P2W in a game where trading aids your progression (according to GGGs trade manifesto).
Regarding "you can trade with normal tabs"
Yes, you can buy from other players, without the need to have a premium tab.
Yes, you can list items in normal tabs, ... in the forum, which are not indexed via the trade API, and this with the help of a 3rd party app.
In my opinion, using a 3rd party app and only be able to sell your items only via the forum (your non-mirror items) does add 'artificial difficulty' for players, 'broadly' speaking.
Regarding 3rd party apps, GGGs said, they do not like players having to use 3rd party apps. Which could be held against them in court.
PS/Edit: @1453R It's 27, not 11. 11 is the max amount that gets displayed.

This complete rubbish, you can create a trade thread manually which will show your items on the official trade site and poe.trade.

Doesn't rise to the level of P2W in my estimation simply because I don't consider trading a "win". Signing up to a job that you only get paid for in virtual currency doesn't make sense to me.

I honestly couldn't care less what the trolls and white knights around here think about it. I'm curious what the finalized legislation will actually look like. From what I've heard, it seems to be targeting Loot Boxes specifically, not general p2w features. GGG would still have to stop that practice, but I don't see tabs coming under attack--even if they are a soft form of p2w, which is what "pay for convenience" actually is when you strip away the euphemism. I'm not against those kinds of things in an otherwise f2p game, but I'll not delude myself about it either and neither should anyone who plays.
