EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

Looks like you are from the US? Not sure why you're posting in this thread.

I had a look at your MTR. It shows 93%+ packet loss introduced between your router and your ISP. You should contact them to see what's up.

Game is totaly fine to around 8.30 pm ....

After 8.30 p.m. i need like 2-5 tries to load an instance that works totaly fine - most "loads" just result in unplayable game.

Thats okay for leveling but not for maps/memory nexus etc. where i cant load every zone 5 times to "hit a good server".

I need to collect some more specific information, so we can escalate this further to our hosts and their peers.

Please provide the following:

Country:
Gateway:

Run WinMTR to these two addresses and post the results here (at least a 100-count when you are specifically having the issue - if the spikes aren't happening when it's running, it wont show much):

I will be checking back periodically to grab more info and to update you guys on the progress.

I am also experiencing a lot of latency issues starting with yesterday.
Some instances are just so bad that it is impossible to play with, I get a latency of 500 to over a 1000 even.
While playing the latency sometimes spikes to upwards of 200 for a split second. Since yesterday the latency is pretty unstable so it feels really laggy.


ISP: Deutsche Telekom
Country: Germany
Gateway: Frankfurt

I am using the EU gateways, tried several of them and I am getting the same results whichever one I use.
