As soon as I route through be2960.ccr42.fra03.atlas.cogentco.com I have heavy packet loss.

This did not change since I started logging back into POE 8 days ago.

Playing through a VPN completely solves this issue (technically).

It doesn't matter.
GGG doesn't cater to people who are concerned about this issue.
Similarly, MTR Logs are insignificant if no one shows any concern ^^
