Wow, cold converted flicker strike. Using what, hrimburn? Sooo viable in 2019.

Edit: wait, are you converting only 63% of your physical damage to cold via stretching from marauder start to the cold conversion nodes, then using a crafted glove mod, and then using elemental damage with attacks with only that much conversion? If I read your build right it's fucking weird. Double paradoxica too... hipster build?

You can almoust tell that GGG .. hates melee. *hehe*
a buff and nerf depends how u look at it.
