Now causes you and nearby Allies to deal 14% more Cold Damage at gem level 1, up to 18% more Cold Damage at gem level 20. Note that this cold damage multiplies the Extra damage granted by the aura.
Now causes you and nearby Allies to gain 16% of Physical Damage as Extra Cold Damage (from 26%) at gem level 1, up to 25% at gem level 20 (from 36%).


one of the major DPS sources is hatred, since it's percentage wise.

it was worse enough that hatred had no prismatic jewel (anger has).
there's no reason to use it now. we'll have to move to anger.

It was likely more so to nerf physical spells and melee was just collateral damage.

When you nerf global stats it globally fucks everyone.

Also surprised you even made it that far on reading the patch notes, i threw up on character balance.

Yes, this is nearly always what happens. It's annoying. Something's deemed OP, it gets a nerf, non min-maxers suffer from the collateral dammage.

Oh well there goes the build I was planning. Melee is the fighting style which interests me all the others just feel too remote, too removed from the action, with melee you live or die with every move not just attack move but every step yer bloke/ette takes when an enemy is in the room. My best mate uses the 'wall of meat' summoning technique qnd enjoys it immensely but to me it is why even bother, always look yer enemy in the eye before making it a pile of pinkish slops.
As for this, after a lifetime of really annoying passive aggresive plays agin me by a disparate range of crazy yet stunning wives, I reckon we are slipping up every time we express our displeasure at the silly calls the devs persist in making. If these types are anything like my former partners and their seemingly vindictive actions suggest they are, acknowledging the annoyance they have caused only serves to encourage 'em.
There is no point in whining since as far as I can adduce ggg studiously ignores non-nolife opinion.
Much better to not react because that really plays with the worthless and vindictive psyches which have worked so hard to dream up this vindictive tosh. The devs are carrying on like little bitches where bitch is a term of contempt 100% unrelated to gender but 100% tied in to lack of spine -the worst bitches I know are weak little blokes.

Dude melee got shit on in 3.6. Deal with it.

Take a break until 3.7 when they said the focus will be the melee bois, or play a caster, all the same to me.
