If you sign a contract without reading the content, you deal with the consequences. Same thing here.
It does suck for you, yes, but this is why you both have to cursor over the item(s) before you can click trade. You have to be really careful for items that have fated versions or that look the same. Just reminds me of Stormshield back in Diablo days lol. *Want to try out some fun hipster builds? Check out my thread below!*

" SO you want to report your inability to check the trade window before clicking OK? Com'on. You got careless you pay the price. Not all exiles are angels When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself

This is on you, i typically search for items i'm selling using the first word or characters and grab that item to put in trade window. Yesterday i grabbed the wrong jewel because they both started with same word and the person buying corrected me before they accepted the trade. Just make sure you review everything before you click accept.
Now i admin it is a dick move if they did it on purpose but there is plenty of time to check whats happening before accepting. |

" That's not a scam. You have to look at what you're buying in the trade window (mouse over them) before the option to confirm the purchase becomes available. If they change what is on offer than the option to confirm the trade will disable until you once again check the items on offer in the trade window (mouse over them again). It's nobodies fault (except your own) you didn't take the time to read any of the information you were required to display on your screen before confirming the trade. That IS A SCAM!
the seller definitely put up this wrong item in trade window, hoping for buyer to look over it which happened. IMO seller should receive a ban but who am I... If this happens to me, and it did several times, some ass trying to put up wrong item, I cancel trade and insta ignore seller. Vorici can shove his fuse up his [removed]

" Yes, it's a scam! " Irrelevant. Whether it's a scam or not isn't dependent on what the target does, but the intent of the scammer. Going outside is highly overrated -Anorak's Almanac. Chapter 17, Verse 32 Dernière édition par Vresiberba#5216, le 18 déc. 2018 à 15:03:56

" Not even close. There are plenty of legal jargon used in contracts that people don't understand MEANT to fool and trick. I have myself been a target of just such a scam, by my father's spouse which together with her lawyer tried to trick me to forsake my legal inheritance. Luckily, I read legal jargon pretty well, since it's what I do for a living. Not calling that a scam is moronic. Going outside is highly overrated -Anorak's Almanac. " It's a scam. " So the seller who likely deliberately put the wrong item in the trade window in an obvious effort to trick the buyer is of no fault? No fault, of any kind? The fuck, man... Going outside is highly overrated
