I would say Inpulsa first, you can get the warlord's mark from a gem which you can't do the inpulsa mod, so that way you get both.

As I continue to do more research on the ideal dual wield setup I see one of two variations. Dual swords or dagger and mace. Has anyone done extensive testing between the two to see which is superior? From what I gather, the swords with ideal rolls seem to be far more expensive, likely provide more damage, and attack speed which is great for our movement skill. Although, that's completely conjecture on my part. Any thoughts/opinions?

I did some tests on PoB and with my sceptre the damage is increased A LOT

Fun looking build, plannig to try this next league as a starter.
Still, I'm wondering about one thing:

Can I change Beacon of Ruin ascendency for Paragon of Calamity?

Reason for this is I absolutely abhore reflect mechanics in games.
I consider it the absolute laziest and uncreative way of "balancing", where the player is being punished for being strong.

Controlled Destruction doesn't set your crit chance to 0%. It's additive with other increases/decreases and it also can't lower the chance below 5%. Two examples (with arbitrary numbers, just to demonstrate how it works): 1) You have Controlled Destruction linked to BV and no source of "Increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells" anywhere on the tree or your gear. Your crit chance with BV will be 5%. 2) You have Controlled Destruction linked to BV and 250% "Increased Critical Strike Chance for Spells" from other sources. Your crit chance with BV will be 15%.

If there a path of building link for this? I couldn't find one, but I may be blind

from what i can see you somehow get more blades from attacking, i don't get that, what exactly am i doing wrong?
