Wow. Yeah, that is awfully inefficient. I have no idea why you decided to, IDK, test to see how much GGG love you by withholding important information for solving the problem until they ask you nicely, or whatever motivated that.
If you would care to sensibly share your relevant information here, then when they read the forums they can use it, or just send it to them? Seriously, what on earth did you think withholding it was going to achieve!

Well, if you insist on not telling people things they need to know to solve a problem, then yes, time would absolutely be wasted discussing it back and forth. You can't really blame GGG for your decision not to tell them things, though, or anyone other than ... you. Because nobody out here is a mind reader, y'know?
Also, but less relevantly, your imaginary, completely incompetent GGG support department that don't have any mechanism for keeping track of email requests is ... just that, imaginary.
In the real world they have, I assure you, some system that ensures that they know what has to be attended to, and ways to communicate between support people so that even if someone is on holiday, or off sick, or just not working at the time your email gets to the front of the queue, it'll still be appropriately handled.
Who said anything about withholding information?

For the people who are still looking for a fix, it was Bitdefender that was causing this issue for me.

I started experiencing this issue too today. But I also experienced it for a couple of days at the start of 3.0 and remember there being multiple threads like this one reporting the issue without any feedback from GGG.
The issue was fixed by a patch a couple of days after even though there were no replies on the forums and was an internal issue, nothing that could be fixed by us (maybe there were exceptions were people were able to fix it by themselves).
My point is, even if there are no replies be certain that they are aware of it and are working on a fix that will hopefully be available soon.

I re-downloaded the 64bit version and it seems to happen alot less often now (But definately still happens). However, I now hard crash legit every 5 minutes or so instead. Sometimes when it happens I get infinite crash reports (I once spent almost 3 minutes clicking through every one of them before I just force-closed the game via task manager) and they're all different, not just the same one over and over again.
The game is pretty much unplayable for me now for some reason so I'd rather spend my time playing something that isn't completely busted.
I hope those of you who still have this problem can find some solution though so that you can enjoy the game. I've personally given up and will only play every now and then and just quit the league in a few weeks.

Stuck on my loading screen after choosing a character. Unplayable. Tried both turning my firewall off and deleting lootfilter, nothing worked.
