Most of the whinning i hear about this is about the Armband/Brassard that reminds us of the Nazi armband...

Based on the messages you quoted, it seemed like most people were complaining about it looking bad, or being too 'on the nose.'

I agree with your points, negating the second argument, but I don't think these people complained because they were offended, they complained because they just didn't like it.

I honestly didn't even notice until I saw this thread. I don't disagree with the brassard existing, but the colours chosen don't look good to me - it doesn't stand out very well.

the new ones are just happen to have more dark clothing because all the previously mentionned ones failed, so they need to go deeper in the Dark zone of their heart. Also, we happen to go closer of the blackguard origin, therefor darker characters

there may be free chest skin based 100% on Totenkopf uniforms for all I care, but Im curious how they'll do in Germany, their game's law and censorhip is pretty in its own league
they banned Wolfenstein3D, colored all blood in Turok green and so on.

It would be stupid to ditch this design because of one country's laws

its like if Jimmy's mom got played on by a dude wearing a Cowboy hat when she was 19, now every child in the neighbourhood cannot play Cowboys and Indians
