EU Latency - Unplayable 2000 ping in the last couple of days..

I have the same problem.

I open league of legends and play normally my ping is 60ms

I open path of exile and my ping is 200+ and keeps jumping to 2k then 60ms then keeps the jumps.

welp this happened after I left the (unworking) game running in the background

Can someone from support help?

This is my only day off, the new league started.

Everything on my pc works besides PoE.

Can you guys, please help..

Im having same problem. I'm connected to Washington gateway tho.. Every game I play is fine, no spikes whatsoever..

Path of exile however, im having 1000 ms + ping spikes... haven't had this problem until this patch.

Very unplayable right now due to only playing HC.

Ok so since I got no help I figured I should try and solve this myself.

Installed PoE via Steam and it now works fine.

No idea why or what.. But it works. So whoever is having this issue try playing from Steam, or from a fresh installation of the game.
