Zealots Oath Build
" What he was referring to is the "mod" on the shield "aegis aurora", it provides %ES per blocked attack based on your armor. So if you have low armor, the amount of ES provided per block will be fairly low, if you manage to buff your armor, the es gain will increase. Also about my earlier post, i suggest you reread that and take in the information you provided. Veil of the night, i assumed you know the mods attached to a item you provide in your theory-craft? To which i stated it most likely will be a failed build at higher level (past normal/cruel like i stated), after that i did check it and it is. There is nothing offensive in this. It is simply checking your build and comparing it to my experience within the game, would you rather have me say it's a good build only to waste your time? I would also like to say, "cast on stun" is a gem that trigger when you get stunned, not when you deliver a stun. You seemed to think it would activate when you shield charge in an earlier post, so i would like to make this clear so you are not disappointed when trying it. I do suggest you utilize the "cast when stun gem" because of you being ES oriented and very low-life, this should happen quite frequently. But i never tested this on an ES char so can only speculate on how useful it will be. But i think it definitely deserves a look into. Here is what you could also do with this build, get the resolute technique key-stone, and hit with a lvl 1 frenzy. Then put discharge on cast when stun and enduring cry on a low level cast when damage taken. Coupled with tempest shield for proliferating shocks, this could potentially yield "interesting" results. Send me a pm if you want your passive tree optimized, i enjoy min maxing them. It looks like a fun-build sort of passive attacker. Your very own storm herald. Peace, -Boem- Edit : This is a quick passive tree for the concept i think you want to achieve With this you could run grace +determination +discipline However i don't know if the mana will be enough to do anything useful after that =/, so i would drop discipline and focus on ES gear, specifically a high ES armor (assuming you run with aegis aurora and alpha's howl). This will give you some real "bang for your buck" when utilizing aegis. However i don't believe your block chance will be maxed out with this set-up. But you are near the duelist block nodes which grant another 10%. Maybe natharias could have a look and further optimize this for you or give his opinion. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes Dernière édition par Boem#2861, le 28 juin 2014 à 20:56:34

" No. There are three types of "defenses" that are found on gear: Armor, evasion, and energy shield. If you want energy shield, that drastically cuts into the amount of armor and evasion you can get on your gear. This means it is best to use a little evasion and then mostly armor. I say this because a little evasion can do a huge amount to prevent non-spells from dealing damage. " Think of it this way. I've gained my knowledge and understanding by restlessly hounding these forums and helping others, because it solidifies my understanding of the game by looking at others and helping them. If I'm wrong, someone who does know the answer will correct both myself and the person I at least attempted to help. TL;DR: We love to help. " Your new passive skill tree breakdown. First thing I look at is what level is this build. It's level 85. That's very hard to obtain unless you are an avid player that knows how to grind, flip, and play glass cannon builds. You would have no problem waiting until then. However, try not to plan for more than 100 points, and the sooner you can "complete" your build, the better. I try to have my plans for only about 80-90 points, but it's very hard to do that if you're ambitious. Level 70 is easy, and level 80 is somewhat difficult. What I noticed and/or changed: My suggested alterations 1. You have a dreadfully low dexterity of 34. This just won't fly. There is no reason not to use gems of all three attributes and that means a minimum of 151 in each. I get no less than 120 per attribute in the skill tree, and generally always pick up +30 nodes. 2. You pick up a lot of the 0.4% regen nodes. These are very weak and should be alternatives only. I'd suggest taking those three points away and spending four total points getting the 1% life regen in the Templar start. Sure you only end up with 1% regen compared to 1.2, but you get 16% armor and 12% ES. That's a no-brainer. 3. You'll notice I changed your Marauder area. Instead of four +10 strength nodes, I did 2 +10 strength nodes and a +20 dex node. The latter node has a useless melee damage mod, but the attributes help a lot. It's a better deal. Additionally, I also got the "20% reduced extra damage taken from critical strikes" Marauder node. This is one of the strongest nodes in the entire game. Try to find what five points you can do without and try for only 100 points. 105 points will be hard. " Here's an aura calculator that doesn't do what poebuilder.com did, but better. It allows you to find out the minimum amount of reduced reservation to run the amount of auras you need/want. " Infinitely smarter idea. " Crit is either all in or fold. Never invest into it unless you can obtain a minimum of 50% before power charges. This also demands that your Merciless bandit reward be the power charge since you will need it. Just focus on ES, armor, use the Blood Dance boots for life regen from frenzy charges. @Boem: Going to read your post later. Got food getting cold. Edit: " It isn't clear because it is actually called "Cast When Stunned", not "Cast On Stun". " CWS is powerful with max block ES builds because most of the time you don't take damage, and can deal damage from being stunned. " Don't PM them to him. Post them in a thread where multiple people can give you similar or different opinions on them. Dernière édition par Natharias#4684, le 29 juin 2014 à 00:17:46
