Sorry, I meant can you do this to the IP address listed next to your preferred gateway? Your trace is being taken to our patching servers, but these are different to the servers that you play on. The IP address '173.192.25.23' should be ideal here. Make sure that this is running while you are having either of your connection issues (as a healthy connection would not indicate anything on the report).

Also, is your friend far away (possibly playing on another gateway)? It's possible that you two are swapping gateways as you each alternate making instances, and so one of you will be having normal ping while another is having heavy network issues. You can always ask your friend to do a WinMTR to the IP address associated with his gateway.

A final check would be to go into your client.txt file and see what servers you are connected to when you get these issues. It is possible that a certain route to a certain instance server is causing this issue for you.

Be sure to provide any and all information you feel is relevant. This includes WinMTR reports to the IP of the gateway/instance server you are having issues with (make sure these WinMTRs are taken while you are playing), as well as DxDiag reports in spoiler tags.

Load screen issues like this can be caused by multiple things, and identifying where the issue comes from can allow tech support forum users to approach and address your concerns.
