AFK Disconnect Timer

Yes the chat can use some improvements.

24 hours kick for those guys who arent afk trading. If you are afk trading wait for someone PM you, you are more likely to be back within 24hours. (I actually have no idea how long the timer should be reasonable, so I put 24hours, it should be well more than enough for trading. or may be shorter like 6hours?).

Basically It is there to take out the real AFKers.

Besides it save server bandwidth for having less people connected to it and do absolutely nothing.
