If you have lag/connectivity issues making the game unplayable/annoying, post here and be counted.

Lag spikes and constant disconnects have made POE unplayable. Started yesterday, stopped yesterday. Great visuals. Great gameplay. Terrible servers.

Please fix ASAP. I have contacted my internet provider and ran several tests. Problem is not on my end.

if you havn't participated in a beta before this is part of the experience to develop the game. you are a tester. in this game your a release tester (no more wipes). keep an open mind and help.

post your dxdiag logs within spoiler then quote tags for devs to analyze. remove your pc name for security purposes.

lag: post your tracerts and contact your isp. a non-ping is normal for security ddos preventative purposes.

i suggest:
a. uninstalling game
b. run ccleaner
c. reboot pc
d. reinstall game
e. add client.exe to windows firewall and your antivirus firewall allow/whitelist/exception list
f. if you have peer block or another 3rd party firewall turn it off while gaming
g. update drivers including vid card and nic
h. reset winsock and tcpip stack tables

a full install of radeon drivers can be tricky sometimes they do not really upgrade. for updating to 13.3x or whatever in the future

a. control panel > system > device manager > right click the amd/radeon display adapter > uninstall > check the box to delete the driver

b. control panel add/remove or programs/features > remove amd/radeon products

c. if windows auto installs the video driver, uninstall it again following step A

d. install the drivers like 13.3 beta > reboot

e. reboot > did they install? if not install them again

f. make sure the amd radeon display panel has version 13.3 or your correct version listed under software
radeon panel > information > software should list 13.3 or your version installing

NOTE: some users report this resolving their fps/freeze issues, for me it helps but i still have to run the client.exe in high priority mode and its still only 75% effective.

Happening to me - i'm getting frustrated enough to walk at this point.

1. Really high-end PC that can play Crysis 3 on max settings - CHECKED
(200-250 fps in PoE with 4x AA)
2. Awesome Samsung 840 Pro SSD with 500+ MB/s transfer rate - CHECKED
3. Fresh windows 7 x64 install with everything updated, no 3rd party background processes, latest drivers for everything - CHECKED
4. Fresh Path of Exile install with absolutely no problems on download - CHECKED
5. Constant stable broadband internet connection with around 30-40ms ping time to basically any european server and over 20mbps bandwith - CHECKED
6. No freeze spikes, no visual lag, no input lag, and apparently no network lag as well ( at least not visible on the in-game graph - F1, stable at 55-60ms )

Monsters jumping erratically on the screen ? YES
Dieing out of the sudden to invisible monsters ? YEP, that too.
Health dropping from some projectiles which are apparently fired by monsters that should NOT be able to reach me ? SURE!
Trying to run away from danger only to find out that I'm actually stuck in a corner somewhere with 5 mobs around me... ? OF COURSE!
Using /oos ALWAYS moves me to another place than the one I though I was ? DEFINITELY !

Even today i get massive lag in poe , i dont get any lag in other games like wow neverwinter , diablo 3 , guild wars 2 but in poe i get some big lag

I currently live stream. And due to my internet i do have spikes on some games, they range from 60-140 something i'd probably say and thats the highest it will go. Nothing major, not noticeable until past 160+. But on this game however, my ping hops go over 500. That NEVER happens to me in any other game. Whats the deal?
