If you have lag/connectivity issues making the game unplayable/annoying, post here and be counted.

I've run two DoS windows in the other monitor I have doing "ping www.google.com -t" and ping to www.pathofexile.com and both remained normal even when latency issues presented.

Something I noticed is, if I logout and log in the game again... latency is usually fine until I enter some instance. Sometimes, the only place I get no lag is Act 1 normal. I am not sure how server handles people using the waypoints, but there must be something broken there.

Furthermore, I made a video of me playing the game and the latency flatlining on me when connected directly. In that same video, I swapped to VPN and re-launched the game. After VPN connection, I can play the game fine (at higher PING, but PING is steady no spikes)

Anyway, this is the video where it shows the difference between VPN enabled and disabled.

If you don't have time to see the full video, you can see the before and after starting at minute 3:00, basically, the first three minutes I logout and log back in to show how latency is fine for a second but after waypoint it gets unplayable.

PST me BRO!
yeah and me I cant play anymore got to lvl 63 and lag/desync all the time , played d3 the other day didnt lag once so its not my machine or connection ,.
I had similar issues with unplayable instances, spiking etc. for a few months until a few days ago. I changed my ISP and the problem went away.

I would suggest you try winMTR eu.pathofexile.com or us.pathofexile.com

If you get any packetloss, contact your ISP, tell them to fix it or change to another ISP.

Have exactly the same problem as this guy. I've made winmtr tracing eu.login.pathofexile.com , and it doesn't look like I've got a major packet loss, at least not on the side of my ISP - http://pastebin.com/5zq7DFB5. Just have to say that it wasn't like that all the time, it started just a week ago.

Count me in, absolutely love the game and if not for the lag and disconnect issues it wud be a 60$ worth game hands down.
Hi, been getting real bad lag since the last week, no dc's just a horrible ping and desync galore. Internet connection is fine enough to play every other game online with stable 150-200ish ping to European Servers.

I had the same shit, it was my ISP. Their routing sucked shit.

Check if you consistently get packet loss on the first few traces, do repeated low iteration tests.
The game was perfect the very first time I played it, but since then the lag has seemingly increased every time I play (I've been playing for maybe two weeks). I know that my ISP kinda sucks, but it shouldn't be this bad.
While im watching my latency to numerous other locations being a stables 99ms (lowest i can get on this island) my game latency is 800... Been having this problem for days now but the game is unplayable for me since yesterday. I keep dieng to nothing or being randomly teleported into new rooms full of mobs, how is this even possible.

I can not even be bothered to play this game with this tiresome shit.
