I am finding some lag issues but I thought it was my ISP. I will check closely and feport back. Problem I have is allways the same, I log in, plqy a map fine, ho back to town and lag is 1000+

I have to exit game every time after a map. Latency drops to 150 Everytime I relog. Once I go somewhere and back to town, though, latency problems start.

There's a bit of rubberbanding that's annoying, but overall that part doesn't drive me as batty as the constant disconnects on both the Americas and European servers.
Laggin and packet loss here, too. My marauder can hardly hit anything, warps between rooms, and gets killed by invisible enemies. Taking a break until this is fixed.
Same here need a fix ran well before 10.2 patch
I was just in the dark forest on my 1 week race character fighting those firebreathing snakes and I get dc'd and when I come back I am in the default league. this is comeplete nonsense and unacceptable.

And ofcourse they won't do anything to ease the pain of losing all that work to their damn bugs.

I am so angry about this right now that I am seriously considering deleting this game and never looking back.

edit and why doesn't it show that I am a supporter? I bought 50 dollars worth of points.

I get sent to login screen when i join a game and try and Zone into their area 90% of the time
Well im used to play hardcore mode in this type of games and i just cant coz of lag since i started playing only can play on default coz when i die i can continue.
In hardcore i tryed about 8 times already times i die due to lag when i kite mobs and after it goes back were i was and get surrounded and 1 sec later dead, exploding mobs i lagg run away and it just rolls back and they explode=me dead. Even 1 time with ranger on hardcore killing a monkey and lag lag lag lag lag it even crashed and went back to log in screen, logged in and voilá default stash. yupii default again

Im from europe Portugal and i have mostly of my friends same probs.
Its not my network service is not my pc i can be sure of that
This is basically what's been happening since patch day:

As soon as the ping flatlines for a few moments I get kicked back to the login screen. Happens often enough that I can't get a new character out of twilight strand.
was working fine until a couple hours ago - terrible lag and constantly getting booted. Speedtest 5ms ping, 24Mbps d/l 4.25Mbps u/l, all other online apps seem to work fine...
Noticed this thread after making a new one, sorry bout that I can delete the original if this is a no no but i'm copy/pasting here to be counted.

Dial up 56k is my only option in my location and up until the March 8, 2013 patch my friend and I had no trouble playing on a shared connection. At one point we even played with 4 others in party and never experienced ping times above 210ms. The game play was smooth and we had no problems.

I regularly monitor connections with Bandwidth Controller Standard and noticed that during heavy combat and erratic movement my friend and I would consume at most 2.5KBs combined.

After the latest patch (0.10.2) we started to experience huge lag spikes during battle and unplayable combat (warping location, unresponsive controls and random deaths). Bandwidth Monitor Standard shows the connections to PoE servers now consume all my network resources (5.3KBs approx) and the in-game network monitor now reads spikes of 1000+ms during heavy load as the connection is saturated.

Upon further inspection playing without my friend consumes at most 5.5KBs, more than double the needed bandwidth for a single player compared to the previous patch, and on the edge of unplayable for a single person on 56k.

I hope this is a problem that can be resolved, and is not necessary to facilitate a new feature set ect. I know this issue will be rare as most are not forced to share a 56k connection but if not to introduce new features this could be a sign of a problem with the netcode post patch.

We would love to support the game and will if these issues can be fixed, but until then sadly its seems unplayable now. GGG have done an incredible job so far, and we have great faith they can fix the problem, if there really is one that is.

UPDATE: The high bandwidth draw and lag spikes of 1000ms+ only happen during AOE ground effects such as firetrap (player cast and hellfire hound death) or the tar slow effect caused by the black colored fetid zombies. Zones such as prisoners gate are almost impossible to complete without running past all the hounds. Back to back deaths of the hellhounds/fetid zombies causes extended durations of 1000ms+ ping times that almost always result in death. All other combat and gameplay is normal. I no longer believe this was update related, I simply had not yet experienced any AOE ground effects in gameplay.

UPDATE: The Dev response in the Performance Issues thread may explain the problem I am having..

"There are some effects we are unable to preload at the moment, and we'll improve this in future! As for general effects framerate loss, we're going to be optimizing a lot of this kind of thing later in development, but while everything is currently subject to change, this isn't a priority."
