I have to recreate instances until I get one that gives me 200 stable ping, and doesn't give me 1000+ like the majority of my instances. Sometimes an instance will be fine, then I use a port to town and back, and then my instance is ruined. Me and my brother both experience this. Best is when an instance is fine for me or him, but not for the other guy. Also thought I should mention that this started happening more towards the end of closed beta. I also have frequent lag spikes and disconnections. Also lots of rubber-banding/teleporting. Also have had it happen many times were I'm in the middle of combat and everything stops except my spell casting. Then all of a sudden things jerk back into motion and I'm dead. I would play on Hardcore if it weren't for these problems. edit: hit f1 ingame and watched the latency meter. It is ALL over the place. Sometimes its only 30ms, other times 70. But it constantly spikes into the high hundreds, and even over 1000. It also seems to plateau at times in the hundreds for a short period. I don't think its my wireless router, as there are times when I don't get constant disconnected. I love this game, but the lag and disconnects are killing it for me. Im also connected on a router.Whenever i play this game and no one's using the internet on other computers and laptops the game doesn't disconnects and when you start playing again and someone is connected to the internet where you're also connected on that router the game constantly disconnects. It means that this game wants a connection solely for the game. Probably the client is not yet omptimized for this kind of problem. I also play other games and when i play them while other are using my internet connection on the my router it doesnt disconnects. So i hope the devs should look into these problem. It would sure be nice to get an official answer to this problem. Me and all my guildies from "other games" have the same problem. We sometimes periodically disconnect on our own or sometimes a section-wide portion of the playerbase on the US server.
