You only use the storm brand/burst + poison skills when you play with herald of agony so until then use absolutetion + summon phantasm + minion damage. Add in the holy fire totem setup or fire wall and use that until you go to the library in act 3 and then you can buy your herald of agony gem on witch there and swap over.

We have pretty much all auras (including Purities) except Purity of Elements on the new spectres. Perfect Serpent Warrior inflicts Withered for 2 seconds on Hit and creates Aura of Chaos when hitting Poisoned enemies.

Seems like it might be decent to have 2-3 spectres on a 4L for things like Haste, Determination, Hatred, Purity of Ice/Cold/Lightning? I'm by no means a master at this build so I wouldn't know if it's the optimal way to go, but it seems most minion builds are rocking spectres. I'm using the Perfect Forest Warrior for free Onslaught on everyone and the Perfect Guardian Turtle for free Determination (level of aura seems to scale with spectre level?), 5% Phys Reduction and the turtle makes us immune to all damage every so often.

Haven't seen the spectres mentioned in the build guide yet, so am just wondering.

Yes, the new determination-spectres and also the others are great on 2 links already and later you get great uptimes of your vaal skills etc.

On the other side the primalist with charms like starting es-recharge of trickster or flasks-charges and increased wither-effects of pathfinder etc. is extreme strong too. But you get some of the charms also with the new unique jewel "that which was taken".

Both new ascendancies works great, and with the new cyclone set-up also tinctures are possible.

It's extreme difficult to advice to a tendency now.

In the pob-communuty-fork the new HoA-skillgem with 5 more virulences is now updated. So 39M HoA-damage is skilled by default, 49M for Übers, with 9M to infinitive ehp.

Ritual of shadows for withering is one of the smaller transformed notables and not a transformed keystone.


In 3.23 you also get chances to wither on charms of Primalist, on the new jewel "that which was taken", and again with selfcasted despair on the balance of terror etc.

There are so many "versions" in the PoB. And each version is completely different from the others. Not sure which is best for a 200div budget

also, none of the PoB's have max resists. Is there a reason for this?

HoA has 95% chance to hit. So investments into other passives are more valuable.

With the ancient skull crit scaling of HoA is possible, but chaos and poison remain much more valuable.

Here are many unranked ascendancy-stats for the new charms and new jewel "that which was taken" in the filters summarized.

Tricksters starting of es-recharge when spells are suppresssed, for maps minion Unholy might or Occu-Explosions are strong, or inflicting witherings are perhaps first choices.

To summarize:

This league it`s nice & easy to reach 25M HoA-mapping-damage (occu-chain-explosions not counted in) with lvl 85 already.
CI is imba in the whisps-woods, on juiced altars, at ultimatums and in many more mods.
You can get aoe-damage, es-recharge on spell-suppression or other reg easy in charms etc.



- 100% spell suppression without sol magebane or with 5 passives more instead of instinct are easy reached for 5c.
You can choose keystone on sol free, I advice to divine shield.

- Capped 75% spellblockings are ready without tempestshield (so much more easy manamanagement around 5 passives worth, and of course 1 more skill-slot freed up also) for around 40c with charms too (on imba 2/10 charms/jewel-slots out of 10), easy before reached as guardian of course in the ascendancy

- Full 15 witherings are reached early with 2c charms

- 100% ailment-avoidances are early reached more easy with open jewel-slots

- 90% more resistances with charms for melding of the flesh are no problems for 20c.

- One more jewel slot (without golden rule) is possible in almost all maps with ball lightning of static 5c. With channelled ball lightnings of static you don`t need the golden rule in maps until 75 virulences and have one more jewel slot for the new unique jewel that which was taken.


The crawler oneshots everything only with autotriggered virulences of tempest shield or reckoning counterattacks, cws, cwdt - voidspheres etc.

Yes, a bit builded with a slot more for cws/cwdt it`s a perfect autobomber this league with 22M when you crawl into the mobs.

I obtain also 72 virulences without the golden rule with ball lightnings of static, yeah.
