Should I run a Blizzard Crown without the enchant or another rare helm I have with 10% explosive arrow attack speed Or do I choose another option entirely? |

" If you search "blizzard" on the thread search, you'll find a craft method somewhere. But you would need to get a +15% attack speed level 83 blizzard crown first, and it can cost some currency. Can someone explain the "+1% to all maximum Elemental Resistances if you have Reserved Life and Mana", but there is no life reservation at any point. I'm a little confused.

Really enjoying this! But I feel like there's a lot I don't understand about the gear in the POB. I'd really appreciate some step-by-step help here because I simply don't know what I'm looking for:
* How do you get "Ignites deal dmg faster" and "Nearby enemies have -res" on the helm? I don't see those as available mods in Craft Of Exile but I also don't exactly know what I'm looking for. * How do you get 30+% Suppress chance on the body armor when T1 is 22%? * How do you get 19% Suppress on the gloves when T1 is 14%? * I have "Curse enemies on hit" on my ring, but where does "Curse enemies on hit with increased effect" come from? | |
" 1) You've got to elevate (50/50 orb of dominance gamble while another redeemer affix on an item) the t1 increased burning damage (redeemer mod). 2-3 ) This may have been nerfed, but it doesnt really matter you can get plenty suppression from other items and tree (from dexterity and from the 15% if you're going with evasion helmet gloves boots body armor). You can also get hyrri chest (30% suppression) and/or atziri's step (25 suppression) to make it easier. 4) Imbued catalyst on the ring with the curse affix.
