What about defenses? The items you put in pob are placeholders I assume?

Are we just shocking to be able to use LC? If so, why do we invest in shock beyond shaper of storms?

But dont you need a big hit to apply big shock? What do we use that cdn apply maximum shock?

Sorry. So Basically we always shock for 15% min, and that gets scaled based on that number, not the amount of damage we do?

" You simply are missing a lot of Shock Effect on the tree (top lightning wheel, Inpulsa, crafts are an option, Unbound Ailments on OoS, Crit Mastery if you're Arc...). And yes, the actual damage has nothing to do with the Shock, unless it results in more Shock than your minimum (which can be 65%). How do you manage to get inpulsa in ssf? Do you farm certain content or just scarab juicing?
