sorry I am not an expert on melee and especially dual wielding and crafting.

I was looking to craft an offhand and am I bit confused, will the speed / damage of the offhand matter or is it just for the block / crit chance or other stats? If I had a Saviour as well, should it be main or offhand?

Also when looking at poe.trade, it seems only shaper/remnant(?) items have the block while dual wielding? Is this due to an update or am I missing something?

Everything matters. Calculating weapon DPS is easy but calculating the effect of other stats like crit on a specific char are a lot more complex. You should use PoB for that. Main or offhand doesn't matter, both are used alternating. Block is only on shaper/redeemer base, I mention this in the guide.
To be honest it seems you don't know much about crafting so I suggest you buy a sword instead of trying to craft it. You need to understand how crafting works otherwise you'll just waste money.

Hi. I was wondering, what is more up to date, the PoB or the forum post? Because the BS setup is different (it has Ruthless here but not in the PoB).

Hi I've been enjoying the build so far, but I feel a bit slow in attack speed, is it viable to use multistrike instead of fortify in the 6l and use fortify with leap slam instead of blood magic

Yes it's possible but bad for two reasons.

Multistrike was improved some time ago. In the past it locked you in place until all 3 attacks finished and that got you killed many times because you couldn't dodge. The new version is supposed to not do this. While it's definitely much better than it was it still locks you sometimes and you press the leap button but nothing happens. Personally I really hate that. It's annoying and will get you killed at times.

Not having BM on leap slam means than you rely on mana regen to move around the map. It may work depending on your regen. But our unreserved mana is very low so you may be running out after a few leaps. Try it out and see.

I have -33 mana cost of skills so that wasn't really an issue, but like you said sometimes you can get stuck because of leap not working.

Hi guys, used this build as a reference so I thought I should contribute. I want to show you how to get very decent cheap swords.



1. Buy a cheap high roll Scaeva or two.
2. Fix your sockets and quality to 20%. You can skip the quality part here but its useful before you can get your hands on the beasts for the next steps.
3. Farm Einhar missions or buy Craicic Vassals.
4. Beastcraft them to 30% quality. This also corrupts the item, make sure they are setup before hand.

I kept these just as, "lol look how easy that was", in my sales tab. People have offered me 50c for something that takes a fraction of that.
