Spent a bit on the build. Got all but the helm enchant.
Build clears. I have not tried Sirus yet and failed killing New ES boss but I think it is doable.
Max I pushed is T14 100% Delirium. Could not kill the beefiest boss like I said but I have pushed the whole map to Delirium stage 6 that was probably not helping me to kill it.
My variation has less hp and focuses on impale. Reckoning damage is 2M+ cyclone is under 3M. By my math is around 7M total and I'm good.

It is a fun build.

Actually your gears are pretty good, if you still feel it lacking in damage, try looking for reckoning enchant on helmet and watcher's eyes. You can also looking for cluster jewel that increase damage while holding a shield as well.
If you still feel damage lacking after that, i suggest you looking for other build, as i think these set up is the most damage of this build.

You do not have uber lab done.
You will have close to 1M dps on cyclone with that.
I personally swapped to infused chanelling as Rage build up sucks balls.
I have dropped a LOT of life and some block, got cluster jewels that help with damage. Still have 79% block in combat but only 4.3k efficient life.
Took all the impale nodes and stuff to deal damage.
Check my out.
I have managed to kill the ES boss in Simulacrum and did 20/20 happy about that.
Died to Sirius as 2 teleports got me killed and due to my setup I have no mana to spin to much without anything to hit. I can do him in 2-3 more attempts.

Then you build change to cyclone impale build, it's not a reckoning build anymore :D
